To qualify for a refund:

 Product must be in resalable condition (clean, no excessive wear)

 Original tags and packaging not required, but bag must be unused or gently used.

You cover return shipping costs 

Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return.

We don't accept returns for:

Damage caused by misuse or normal wear after extended use.

Bags that have been altered or modified
